24 | Agency Partner Program: White-Label Press Release Distribution
Last Updated on 22 September 2026 by Francois Marsteau
When a client needs coverage in a market you do not cover, you have three options: turn the work away, subcontract to a local agency and explain a second name on the invoice, or distribute it yourself under your own brand. This page is about the third. You keep the client, the branding and the margin. We handle the newsroom.
The economics, in one table
We publish our retail prices, so there is nothing here you cannot verify on our pricing page. Below, a single-country plan — any one market you choose.
| Tier | You pay | Per release | Retail value | Your margin |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Three releases | €585 | €195.00 | €1,185 | €600 |
| Five releases | €745 | €149.00 | €1,975 | €1,230 |
| Ten releases | €1,195 | €119.50 | €3,950 | €2,755 |
At the ten-release tier you commit €1,195 and hold €3,950 of distribution at our own published rate. That is a 230% return on what you put in — and your client pays no more than they would have paid coming to us directly.
This is the part worth understanding properly. You are not marking our price up. You are buying at a volume rate and selling at the market rate. Nobody is overcharged, and there is no number you would be uncomfortable defending if a client asked.
The same structure applies worldwide
| Worldwide plan | You pay | Per release | Retail value | Your margin |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Three releases | €1,935 | €645.00 | €2,970 | €1,035 |
| Five releases | €2,475 | €495.00 | €4,950 | €2,475 |
| Ten releases | €2,995 | €299.50 | €9,900 | €6,905 |
One, two, three and four-continent scopes sit between the two, at the rates published on the pricing page.
What white label means here
It means your client never encounters our name. Reports and deliverables carry your branding, not ours. We do not contact your client, we do not appear on anything you forward to them, and we do not market to them afterwards.
What you send us is a release and a target sector. What comes back is a distribution and a report you can put your own letterhead on.
The reason agencies hesitate to subcontract distribution abroad is rarely the price. It is the risk of introducing a supplier who becomes visible to the client, and then becomes the client’s supplier. Removing our name from the deliverable removes that risk.
Where the reach comes from
We have distributed press releases since 2009. The list runs to roughly 480,000 journalist contacts, across every market we cover.
Contacts are sorted by journalistic and thematic category, not by country alone. That distinction is what decides a campaign: a release aimed at construction trade press is a different selection from one aimed at national business dailies, and in many markets a regional angle travels further than a national one.
Tell us the market and the sector, and we will tell you before you commit whether the selection is strong enough to be worth a release. If it is not, we will say so.
The practical detail cross-border campaigns underestimate most is language. Newsrooms work in their own language, and a release sent in English to a desk that does not work in English is a tip somebody would have to rewrite. We sell translation as an option, including in packs, because it is usually the step that decides whether a campaign lands.
How it works
- You tell us what you need. Volume, which markets, and whether translation is part of it. We confirm the tier and invoice once.
- You draw on the pack when a client has news. Packs are not tied to a single campaign, a single market or a single client of yours.
- You send the release and the target sector. In the market’s language, or in English with translation added as an option.
- You approve before anything is sent. Nothing is distributed without your sign-off on the final version.
- You receive the distribution report, unbranded, ready to forward under your own name.
Distribution runs six to 72 hours from submission, and most of that window is approval time rather than ours. The detail is in how long press release distribution takes.
What we do not promise
We would rather lose a partner at this paragraph than at the first campaign.
We do not guarantee coverage. Newsrooms decide independently what they publish, in every country. Distribution puts an announcement in front of the journalists who cover the subject; the news decides the rest. Any provider quoting you a guaranteed number of articles is selling advertising under another name, and you will not be able to defend it to your client.
We do not promise that every release is a fit. If your client’s news has no relevance in the market you are targeting, we will say so before you spend a release on it.
There is no exclusivity in either direction. You are not our only partner in your market, and you are free to use anyone else.
Frequently asked questions
No. Reports and deliverables carry your branding, not ours. We do not contact your client, we do not appear on anything you forward, and we do not market to them afterwards.
Single-country, continental and worldwide scopes, at the rates published on our pricing page. Our list runs to roughly 480,000 journalist contacts, sorted by journalistic and thematic category. Tell us the market and the sector and we will tell you, before you commit, whether the selection is strong enough to be worth a release.
At the ten-release single-country tier you pay €1,195 for distribution we retail at €3,950, a margin of €2,755. At the ten-release worldwide tier you pay €2,995 against a retail value of €9,900. You are not marking our price up: you buy at a volume rate and sell at the published market rate, so your client pays what they would have paid coming to us directly.
Yes. Packs are not tied to a single campaign, a single market or a single client. You draw on the pack whenever one of your clients has news that belongs abroad.
In practice, yes. Newsrooms work in their own language, and a release in English sent to a desk that does not work in English is something a journalist would have to rewrite before using. Translation is available as an option, including inside packs.
No, and no honest provider does. Newsrooms decide independently what they publish, in every country. Distribution puts the announcement in front of the journalists who cover the subject; whether they write about it depends on the news.
No to both. There is no exclusivity in either direction, and the pack is the whole commitment. You are not our only partner in your market and you remain free to use other providers.
Tell us which markets come up.
One line is enough: your markets, roughly how many client announcements a year could involve them, and whether you need translation. We will come back with the tier that fits and an honest answer if the volume does not justify a pack yet.
