Le champagne Tendil & Lombardi investit Facebook

Afin de se faire une place dans le monde du champagne, Tendil et Lombardi innove et choisit d’utiliser les réseaux sociaux pour son commerce en ligne. Ainsi, la marque vient d'ouvrir la première boutique en ligne de champagne exclusivement accessible depuis Facebook.

Une démarche novatrice

Afin de fidéliser ses clients et de créer un lien unique avec eux, la société Tendil & Lombardi commercialise ses bouteilles aux particuliers via Facebook. Seuls les fans peuvent les acquérir. Il ne s’agit pas de les rediriger vers un site internet, tout se passe sur l’interface du réseau social. Avant d’acheter, il faut "aimer". "Nous voulions que notre marque soit novatrice dans un  milieu très traditionnel", explique Stéphane Lombardi, co-créateur de la marque.


Un moyen de toucher les jeunes

Une manière également pour la société qui élabore son champagne de manière très traditionnelle de s’adresser à une clientèle plus jeune. "C’est un projet qui sort des sentiers battus", reconnaît Stéphane Lombardi. Il s’agit en effet d’une toute nouvelle stratégie de développement de la marque.


A propos de Tendil & Lombardi

Laurent Tendil et Stéphane Lombardi ont relevé le défi de créer une nouvelle marque de champagne, approuvée par le CICV en janvier 2011. Ils ont élaboré des cuvées spéciales : trois cuvées mono cépages uniquement conçus à partir de Pinot Noir ou de Chardonnay, permettant ainsi l’élaboration de champagnes exaltant l’authenticité de chacun de ces cépages nobles. Ces champagnes allient caractère, belle rondeur et association d’arômes complexes.

Avec une capacité de production de 150 000 bouteilles, les ventes se répartissent pour 70 % à l’export (USA, Canada, en Pologne, en Slovaquie ou encore en Suisse) et 30 % sur la France. Les champagnes Tendil & Lombardi ont été salués par la presse étrangère.
